HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER? 

Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. Please contact us if you need an item delivered by a specific date, as we are happy to accommodate rush orders when possible. 

Orders shipped within the US and its territories are insured and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your package is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email confirmation. 

For highest security, we highly recommend that you select to have a signature upon delivery. To add “signature required” to your package, make sure to include that information in the Note section at checkout.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Yes, via USPS.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. At this time we offer International Shipping to the following countries: Canada, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Orders outside the US are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. International Priority Mail shipping is insured up to $200 per package. Please contact us for shipping options on orders valued above $200.

DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

The customer is liable for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes. These may be due at the point of or after delivery and RJI Designs cannot advise you regarding any costs. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

For orders in the US, once an order is shipped, you should receive it within 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays). International orders take from 10-21 days for delivery, but can be delayed in customs. We are not responsible for customs delays.

 

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. WHAT DO I DO?

RJI Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. 

RJI Designs is not responsible for missing packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly. Contact us if you need additional information.
