The non-US countries we currently ship to: Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. If your country isn’t listed, please contact us and we will look into shipping options for you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER?
Items are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Please contact us if you need an item by a specific date, as we are happy to accommodate rush orders when possible.
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
Orders shipped within the US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are insured. International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. Those packages are insured only up to $200 each. Please contact us for shipping options for orders above $200.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY ITEM?
We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, it must be unworn, and with the original packaging. Returns must be received within 30 days of your purchase and must include receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
Some items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include all custom orders, sale items, and items that are not in their original condition.

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS?
Should you need anything repaired, notwithstanding any obvious abuse to a piece, we offer repairs at no charge within 90 days of purchase. For purchases older than 90 days, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to repair your RJI Designs piece. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for more information

WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?
RJI Designs jewelry is made with either gold filled, vermeil, or sterling silver metals, along with gemstones and pearls. Here’s what those terms mean:
WHAT IS GOLD FILLED?
Gold-filled metal is composed of solid gold layers mechanically bonded to a base of either sterling silver or other base metal, frequently jeweler’s brass. Heat and pressure are used to bond the gold to the base metal. By US standards, gold filled is defined as having 5% gold by weight.
With proper care and storage, gold-filled jewelry will last 10-30 years.
What is Vermeil?
Gold vermeil (pronounced vehr-may) is a legally regulated term that refers to high-quality gold-electroplated jewelry. Unlike other types of gold-plated jewelry, vermeil must have sterling silver (.925) as its base material. In addition, it must be plated in a gold layer that is 10 karats or above. Most high-quality vermeil pieces are 14, 18, or 24 karats, depending on the thickness of the jewelry.
The thickness of gold electroplating on a vermeil piece must be 2.5 microns. By comparison, gold-plated jewelry doesn’t require any minimum karat weight or thickness.
What is Sterling Silver?
RJI Designs jewelry uses 925 silver. This sterling silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, often copper or zinc, and is particularly suitable for use in jewelry making. Though sterling silver will not rust, it will naturally tarnish.
